Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a message confirming receipt of the order as well as information about the payment, shipment and billing of the order placed.
If the product is available in our warehouses, it will be reserved for you for a period of 5 days. If after this period we have not received your payment, the order will be eliminated and the products released for other customers.
If the product is not available in our warehouses, your reservation will be recorded in our systems. When we have the product available you will receive an email informing you of the amount to be paid. If after 5 days we have not received your payment, the order will be deleted and the products released for other customers.
Payment method
The acquisition of services or products through https://logichold.com will be made through the payment method bank transfer.
Prices
The prices of the products are those indicated in the description that is attached to them. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in the Dollar currency ($).
Shipping conditions
The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs on account of the buyer. The shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total weight of the order, the expenses will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can check how much they amount to shipping costs before finalizing the purchase.
If you choose to pick up the order at our facilities you will not have to pay shipping costs and you will receive a notice when the order isbetween prepared.
Logichold will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as for fortuitous cases or force majeure.

Consumer Goods Warranty
Como cliente, tienes la consideracion de consum idor de conformidad con el Real Decreto Legis lat ivo 1/2007, de 16 de November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").
Consequently, you have the right of withdrawal which consists in that you can annul the contract concluded without having to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) days natural from the time the acquired good is received or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a provision of services.
You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period and proceed to the return of the product, refunding the price paid.
In case of having problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a claim through the dispute resolution platform of the European Union here. HOL MUSIC DRAL S.L.U. reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim submitted through the platform.
Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision, subsisting these General Conditions in everything else, having such provision for not Included.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. HOL MUSIC DRAL S.L.U. and the user agree to submit the controversies that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services subject to these General Conditions, to the Courts and Courts of the User's domicile.
